Hi, I'm Inga - Professional Life Coach. I am also an engineer, sustainability professional, blogger, mother and wife. My life has been a journey full of wonderful adventures, challenging transitions and learning opportunities- it made me who I am today and is still bringing me new experiences that let me grow everyday.

I moved across the ocean from Lithuania right after graduating from college, leaving all my family and friends behind. Armed with two degrees - Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and Master's degree in Printing Technologies - I was ready to conquer the world. In turn, I found myself terrified and completely lost in a new country. I was very lucky, however, to meet wonderful people who helped me through this challenging transition and became my new lifelong friends. After a short year in Midwest (and a fun trip across the country) I landed in sunny California. I've spent the next 20 years sharpening my professional skills - first in printing industry, and later, a rewarding and challenging consulting engineering career in construction field. I met my husband and not long after we welcomed two beautiful children - a spirited son and a dreamer daughter.

However, there was still something missing in my life. As a women engineer in the male dominant industry, I've struggled with self-confidence issues; I had a hard time balancing my work and home life and everyday stress was taking it's toll on my health and happiness. I needed a plan- a direction of where to go next.

Through these experiences I discovered effective ways to bust fears and deal with change. I started to embrace change and adventure! And creating a plan for my future- a "blueprint" of my authentic life.

Along the way, I realized that I had unique skills that weren't utilized in my engineering career. I also have witnessed many ambitious men and women struggling with fear and stress as they try to make important decisions in life or career.

And that's how My Life's Vision was born - to help women Bust Their Fears and Choose The Right Direction as they move through life or career transitions!

I received formal Life Coaching training through Fowler International Academy and became a Certified Professional Coach.

I coach professionals who are committed to improving their lives and are willing to invest in themselves so that they are able to withstand or quickly recover from challenges, embrace life or career transitions, reach their goals and create their own "blueprint" to an authentic, resilient life.
