I know how you feel, as I myself lived through similar struggles. My coaching services are based on my own experiences and challenges that helped me overcome many transitions as I moved to a new country, changed careers and overcame health and life challenges. My experiences and training helped me gain confidence, improve relationships, enjoy more balance in my life and achieve extraordinary success in my multi-faceted career. I want to help you do the same!
My approach to coaching is not of those just sitting and nodding while you complain without direction. We will have transformative conversations and apply scientifically proven tools, that are used in positive psychology, design thinking, universal systems model, and other practices, to get you unstuck and moving forward. I will be straightforward and call out the bluff while helping you find motivation and keep you accountable.
We will use Systematic ways (because, you know, I am an engineer) to help you identify values, set goals and determine next steps using scientifically proven strategies, such as Design Thinking, Positive Psychology and Strength-Based Approaches. Together, we'll create a focus list of action steps, and re-engineer the things that aren't working in your life.
I work with clients from around the world and provide one-on-one coaching by phone, email or Skype.
I use a 4-Step Program as a guidance to my approach of coaching, though it is always adjusted to client's particular needs.
Step 1. Strength Assessment
We will partner together to assess your strengths, skills, as well as values, needs, and priorities for your life or career. Through personal conversation, unique tools and powerful questionnaires we will evaluate where you are right now, where you’ve been in the past, what you learned from your past experiences, and what challenges you were able to overcome.
Step 2. Vision
Once you know where you are today, we will then focus on where you want to be in your future. We will create a vision for your life and career that reflects your true feelings and desires, and is not far fetched from reality. We will identify Situations where you see yourself most excited in using your strengths. We will also discuss what success means to you and how you can bring more of it into your life or career.
Step 3. Explore and Experiment
We will deeper explore your strengths, passions, and situations to find where your strengths and skills align. And we will test them! I will encourage you as you work through your experiments and “testing” of different options. Along the way, we will identify any obstacles and fears that might be getting in your way and how to use your strengths to conquer these fears. We will flex your resiliency muscles!
Step 4. Design your Blueprint
You’ll find that some ideas stick with you while interest in others fades away. Those that stick and energize you, you will want to keep practicing. This is a sign that you are ready to take it to the planning stage. We will create a solid plan - your unique "blueprint" - with action steps you need to take in order to utilize your strengths and resiliency skills to their fullest and achieve your vision.
